1. Sync Photog Cam clock to PC

2. Power on Mevos

3. Power on/Check Cameras

4. Restart PC (PIN 3630)

5. Go to OBS

6. OBS: Go to “StartingSoon” Scene

7. OBS: Start Streaming + Replay Buffer

8. Power on Tablet; Load App “SpaceDesk”

9. OBS; View; Multiview (fullscreen); Select 2nd option

10. Log Into DCG Media

11. Select Location + Session in DCG Media

12. Click on first routine on Right Panel

Venue

1. Turn on/Refresh TVs (stream must be started @ station)

2. Spread Business Card Flyers

3. Check Signage

4. Turn on Display Lights

Dance Video Capture

General

PANICKING? Hit record on Wide Camera to SD CARD

CANNOT MISS start of number. Start recording immediately after stopping previous number.

KEEP NOTES of any errors/missed moments by Routine # and time of day

TAKE REPLAYS 1 per number of big moments or great videography

Use STUDIO MODE to make fixes/changes without affecting videos/stream, make sure to TURN OFF when done

Groups

Wide most of the time, only Tight for short solos/lifts, aim to not miss moments.

Solos

Tight and Tracked, leave a littleroom in the frame to fit fingers/toes.

Minimize movement, especially sudden/jerky movement.

Duets/Trios

50/50 Tight and Wide, try to frame them up in the Tight camera when possible

Use Mevos only when Dancers up close

Dance Photo Capture

General

Aim for 20-25 photos per routine;

Burst, More is more.

Tilt towards OVEREXPOSING vs UNDEREXPOSING.

Groups

Wide mostly; don’t miss moments.

Solos

Tight mostly; aim for height of jumps, full extensions of arms, Faces/Smiles

1. After last number STOP RECORDING, DISABLE COUNTER on Stream Deck.

2. OBS Pick Scene AWARDS

3. Put in Photog SD CARD and Navigate to IMPORT PHOTOS.

4. PROCESS then IMPORT photos, when done hit CANCEL

5. PROCESS then IMPORT other SD Card

6. REFRESH AUTO UPLOAD.

7. When Awards are over go to scene STARTING SOON

8. Take a break and head to lobby; SPREAD FLYERS and CHECK TVs

9. Be seated 5 MINUTES BEFORE to Check Systems (Cam1/Cam2 working)
